Today I am committing to a personal challenge. I will be dedicated to improve my back over the next 30 days with the use of exercise. I will post frequently on the steps I take daily to improve my health.
My husband and I had a jetski accident about 3 years ago that has left us both suffering occasional back problems. Mine has been so bad lately that I have suffered headaches on the daily. Not fun peeps.. Not fun at all. So I'm rising up to the challenge to take care of my body so that it will properly take care of me.
I do a ton of cardio already, so.. Aside from my normal daily routine, (I rock out all day.. Breaking into full rock star performances for the entertainment of my dogs several times a day;) I'm adding the 30 day squat challenge, and a full 30 minutes dedicated to core exercises. Meanwhile, I will be looking for dessert ideas that won't make me spike and fall, and new raw ideas (and healthier recipes in general) so I don't get bored with my food. I need help with ideas please!
