Good afternoon from a headache free Me! I had planned to avoid working my gelatinous upper core yesterday, but around 5pm my shoulders and neck started hurting. I did a few sets of slow motion push-ups and was able to go to bed fairly pain free. I am up and at 'em this morning with barely a slight dull pain at the base of my neck. Very tolerable considering what I usually wake up feeling. My muscles are not as sore today, so I will be hitting a full spectrum core workout, as well as the squat challenge.
I juiced a pound and a half of carrots today, ate my fruit, and grossed Hailey out by consuming sardines as part of my lunch. I enjoyed that a little. Tonight is Mexican night in our house, and I don't really restrict my dinner, so it's fiesta time baby!
